Return Procedure:

1. Notification: You must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue regarding the damaged, defective, or wrong product. Please provide/upload all the required images and videos along with a detailed description to assist our team in investigating the case.

2. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
– The product must be in an unused and resalable condition.
– The product should be in its original packaging, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, with any applicable tags, user manual, and warranty card.
– The product must be returned in its entirety, including all accompanying accessories or free gifts.

3. Return Window: The return window is open for 7 days after delivery for conditions other than a damaged product. In the case of a damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. Please note that we do not address customer concerns after 7 days of delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

4. Non-Returnable Items: The following product categories and conditions are not eligible for return and refund:
– Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, beauty products, perfumes/deodorant, clothing freebies, grocery & gourmet, jewelry, pet supplies, books, music, movies, batteries, etc.
– Products with missing labels or accessories.
– Digital products.
– Products that have been tampered with or have missing serial numbers.
– Products that have been used or installed by the customer.
– Any product not in its original form or packaging.
– Refurbished products or pre-owned products.

Refund Procedure:

1. Inspection and Approval: The refund process will begin after the returned product has been received, inspected, and examined at our warehouse facility to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Refund approval or rejection depends on the outcome of our investigation.

2. Refund Timeframe: Once a refund is approved, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to be processed and reflect in the original payment method. However, the actual timeframe may vary depending on the policies of the involved financial institutions.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and VAT:

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable, except in the case of wrong, damaged, defective products, or products with missing parts.

Sale Items:

Products purchased as part of any sale or promotional offer are eligible for a refund only if they are flawed.
